"In the event of a car accident, this service is utterly inadequate, offering no support. It is necessary to wait for California to contact you, if you are lucky. The toll-free number is of little use, as messages regarding claims are left unattended for extended periods, even after multiple call and 10 days later have no idea about the claim. Return calls are rarely made, and phone tag is a common occurrence. The office is also unhelpful, with staff deflecting responsibility. The worst I’ve ever seen and on new car they forget to put on collision, utterly pathetic! The agent informed me that they were unfamiliar with the circumstances, citing that the event occurred two years ago and they were not present on site. It's unacceptable! Automated systems is very frustrating to say the least. Reference to exceptional service: If you value my feedback, I expect your office to provide support regarding the no collision clause. Really?!?! Considering the impossibility of making the necessary adjustments to add it to my insurance, I regard this as an exceptionally poor service. It exemplifies a complete lack of work ethic. You and your staff offered nothing!"
