"I recently switched to State Farm for Both home and my auto insurance! I was serviced by Brandon Diaz and he informed me on how to save money and be more protected. My previous company had me at state minimum coverages and he guided me to make sure that I had no liability exposures! He was very informative and clear as well as very well mannered! I would give him 10 stars if I could. I still continue to recommend all my friends and family to him and you should too!"

"I had been with the company many years. Had a few windshield replacements. Out of my control and one accident. They said they could no longer insure my car. Isn't having insurence supposed to help with this. The women that I spoke to was very rude and couldn't give me any informations on why I was being dropped. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me I would have to wait until September and call the number to find out what the reason was for. She informed me that the supervisor has them make these calls so I couldn't speak to him. Spending close to 18,000 in the years with them and dropping me for 5000 dollars at most..... it's one thing to drop me but to be rude about me asking questions unfortunate... what's the idea of insurence if it's not going to help in hard situation.. I would like to re iterate the personal interaction with a women working there was disrespectful and un professional."

"I'm not a big review writer but I thought this was worth doing. I recently had need to switch insurance and sort of rethink my coverage but I know nothing about this kind of stuff. Tamaki, the agent I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions. She didn't make me feel like "that customer" and that was really refreshing. Not only was she very knowledgeable but also very insightful and aware of my needs. She gave me a lot of good information and guidance and I am incredibly thankful. Definitely gave me what I needed to make good decisions and did so in the most pleasant and helpful way. Wish more customer-facing representatives were like that. Says a good bit about the agency too. My decision is made. Thanks!"
